Information you provide

Search inputs may include a name, phone number, email address, location, age, address, workplace, or public social handle. Payment details are entered in Stripe’s secure checkout embedded on Dating Proof and are not stored by Dating Proof.

How information is used

We send the search details needed to our contracted data services, rank possible matches, generate the selected report after verified payment, provide private access, detect abuse, troubleshoot failures, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Generated report data is designed to expire within 24 hours. When a checkout is started, the selected candidate-search data may be retained for up to 31 days so an incomplete Stripe checkout can be resumed and a recovered purchase can still be fulfilled. Limited transaction identifiers, timestamps, amounts, refund status, security logs, and support correspondence may be retained longer when reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the search, hosting, security, payment, and support functions, or when required by law. We do not sell the private report you purchase.

Your choices

You can request deletion of retained search or report data through our data-removal page. Public records are controlled by their original sources; removing a Dating Proof copy does not erase the source record.

Security and contact

We use expiring private links, access tokens, rate limits, server-side payment verification, and restricted provider credentials. No system is perfectly secure. Questions can be sent to support@datingproof.com.
