Automatic failed-report refunds

If Stripe confirms payment but our system cannot create and provide the selected report, we automatically request a full refund to the original payment method. Your bank determines when the credit appears.

Available information

A sparse report, no criminal match, no social match, or information that differs from expectations is not a technical failure. Public-record coverage varies by person, location, and source, and the preview exists to help you choose before paying.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Contact support@datingproof.com with the purchase email, approximate time, and charge amount. Never email full card details.

Membership renewals

You can cancel from your customer dashboard before the next billing date to stop future $5 monthly renewals. Membership credits and renewals are separate from the automatic failed-report refund described above.
