Personal-safety use only

You may use Dating Proof to help evaluate personal safety before meeting or continuing a personal relationship. You may not use it to stalk, harass, threaten, identify protected persons, or facilitate fraud or any unlawful act.

Prohibited decisions

Dating Proof is not a consumer reporting agency and its reports are not consumer reports. Do not use the service for employment, housing, tenant screening, credit, lending, insurance, education admissions, professional licensing, or any other decision governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Driver’s Privacy Protection Act, or similar law.

Possible matches, not verdicts

Public records can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or associated with another person who has similar identifiers. Criminal and court results are possible matches and do not prove identity, guilt, present status, character, or safety. Confirm important information directly with the original public source and, where appropriate, the person involved.

Purchases, membership, and access

At checkout you pay $5 for the selected report and enroll in a Dating Proof membership. The membership is billed at $5 per month beginning 30 days after checkout and includes 1 search credit in each paid monthly period. It renews automatically until canceled. Unused credits do not roll over. You may cancel before the next billing date from your customer dashboard or by contacting support. Canceling stops future renewals and does not reverse charges already completed. Private report links expire, so save a copy before the displayed expiration time if you need one.

Availability

We do not promise that every search will find a person, that every category will contain information, or that a source will always be available. Abuse, automated scraping, resale of report data, and attempts to bypass payment or access controls are prohibited.
